Booking Terms & Conditions

To ensure a smooth experience and clear expectations, please review the following terms before booking with Speakeasy Spirits LLC.

1. Booking & Deposit

– A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
– Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.
– Payment can be made via Stripe, Zelle, or credit card.
– Dates are not held without a deposit.

2. Travel & Setup

– Packages include travel within the specified mileage radius.
– Events outside this range are subject to a travel fee.
– Setup begins 1–2 hours prior to service time.
– Client must ensure a suitable bar space or access for our mobile unit.

3. Alcohol Responsibility

– Speakeasy Spirits LLC does not provide alcohol unless otherwise licensed.
– Clients are responsible for providing all spirits.
– We can assist with alcohol shopping lists based on your chosen package.

4. Bar & Venue Requirements

– Client must ensure access to electricity and clean water if required.
– Bar space must be safe and weather-protected (for outdoor events).
– For large events, we recommend 1 bartender per 50 guests.

5. Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund minus a $50 admin fee.
– Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit the deposit.
– Cancellations within 7 days will be charged the full amount.

6. Insurance & Liability

– Speakeasy Spirits LLC carries general and liquor liability insurance.
– Bartenders will not serve guests who appear overly intoxicated.
– Client assumes full responsibility for guest behavior.

7. Customization & Add-ons

– Add-ons must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to event.
– Late additions may incur additional setup or labor fees.

8. PC Booking Required

Packages can only be booked through our website using a desktop or laptop computer to ensure a smooth and accurate booking experience.

9. Guest Count Over 100

For events with more than 100 guests, a phone consultation is required to discuss your needs and provide a customized quote before booking.
